What is E-SMS Gateway?

E-SMS Gateway is a business SMS service by iTelecom for sending verification codes, booking confirmations and updates to Libyan numbers on Almadar and Libyana. You send approved templates from a web dashboard or an API key, and each message is charged to your organization's prepaid wallet. International SMS is not currently offered.

   Register your business, verify your email and phone, and complete the passport check.

2. Prepare and fund

   Create your SMS template and submit it for approval. Top up your wallet with LY Pay while your template is reviewed.

Which mobile networks can I send SMS to?

SMS sending currently supports Libyan numbers on Almadar and Libyana. International SMS is not currently offered.

How do I pay for messages?

Messages are charged to your organization's prepaid wallet. LY Pay top-ups require a bank transfer and proof of payment, followed by approval before the balance is credited.

Do I need a developer to get started?

No. You can create templates and send messages from the dashboard. The API is available when you want to automate sending from your own software.

Can I send a message as soon as I register?

For SMS, you need an approved template and enough wallet balance. Template review and LY Pay top-up approval must be completed before your first send.
